I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to attend the Cigar King Affair event hosted by Cigar King Pty Ltd. I understand and accept that participating in a smoking event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to smoke, fire, and other potential hazards associated with smoking activities.

In consideration for being permitted to attend and participate in the event, I agree to forever release and discharge Cigar King Pty Ltd, its organisers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action (weather now or in the future) whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my attendance at the event, including those risks associated with participating in a smoking event.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in a smoking event and waive any current or future rights to bring a legal action against Cigar King Pty Ltd or its affiliates.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cigar King Pty Ltd and its organisers from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought by third parties as a result of my actions or participation in the event.

I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
